I'm adding paper to my paintings. I am a paper-lover and hoarder. My stash is small but mighty! I also collect sketchbooks and I'll show them someday. I like to make simple books to paint in. One year I made little books for Christmas gifts.

There it is again, the eye that makes the bird come to life! Once again your post resonates so much with me that it’s a tad eerie. Starting with a love of paper, especially that which I’ve made, then to the hand. I know you didn’t create that, but the fact we are both focused on a hand gets my attention. You will know what I mean if I finally have enough success to post my most recent effort. I’ve been trying each day!

Just finished my two hour session for today. I may be done tomorrow, although I fear I’m very close to overworking it. I promise, overworked or not, I will share it. After 5 days of trying to salvage this canvas, I must!
