The foil is covered with paperclay and set aside to dry. I have to tell you what the animals are because they are a bit wonky. The thing with the stick legs is supposed to be a dog. We'll see.. Then there's an owl in the back and a goose in the front.
And the girl. I cropped her hair bun in the photo accidentally.
Have a nice weekend...

I was thinking sheep for the dog. I keep meaning to have a go with paperclay. I bought some years ago and have never used it...if it is still ok.
They look fabulous, ready for the next. Have fun week-end!
The girl and goose are turning out great. The owl is believable, but I'll have to wait to see about the dog (grin). Thanks for sharing these up dates, dear Debra.
This kind of art is totally new to me. They look wonderful, well done Debra!
Thank you for commenting in my blog. The leaves are falling from trees here in the south of Finland, in Lapland there is already snowing and ruska is over.
I wish your weekend is great, and your creativity is going on... :)
You are off to a good start. Can't wait to see how they turn out. Have a great weekend.
I am enjoying seeing paper clay at work again. I have a couple of new, unopened packages which are needing used up before they get too dry, but just can't get my mojo back up and going for it. I am loving your girl and Sam, of course!
How fun to see an artist's work in stages! :)
Hi Debra,
I think your paper clay art is really off to a great start. I am excited to see the finished work. I love working with paper clay. Love the feel of it.
Blessings,
Penny
Lovely sculptures! Will you paint them or collage over them?
