Thanks to Henny, at Henny Penny Lane, I can upload photos from my phone to my blog. She said she uses email to do it. So I sent myself the photos and then just downloaded them to my computer from email. Easy as pie, and I don't have to buy a new camera.
The top photo is from my front porch. It is a wonderful shady spot.

I love that birds keep showing up wherever you are. Your shady spot is so inviting and, no doubt, a welcome retreat on these hot summer days. Millie would love to dig a nice comfy hole there in which to while away a long afternoon. Now, I am looking forward to lots of photos from your garden and studio.
Lovely photos. That is good news you worked around getting pictures posted. The sunlight on the day lily is beautiful.
It can feel funny when I take a picture with my phone that isn't on the computer yet or look in my computer files for photos I took on my phone.
Good that it makes it easier for you.I upload direct from the add pictures widget when I write my blog! Happy T Day, hugs Valerie
So glad you found a way to make your phone work instead of needing a new camera. I LOVE your photo from your front porch. There is a riot of color, yet it seems so tranquil there, too. I would probably never leave that area if that is what I saw each day. Blessings go to Henny for getting you back online, dear Debra. I have missed you, dear.
I also take all my photos with my phone :-))
Beautiful flowers... I wish you a lot of joy on your porch...
relax.
However, today I somehow had no luck with "Write a blog" - the font couldn't be made smaller... I published it anyway.
hug Viola
Beautiful blog
Lovely photos and flowers.
Ah Debra - that is just great to know this tip. I know sometimes I have my phone on me and not my camera and this way may not miss as many opportunities for photo ops. Your flowers are gorgeous friend. Love the daylily. They are such favorite flowers of mine. Hugs!
Hello Debraπ
Thank you for your visiting my blog and the kind comment π️
Your bird is a master painting. I wonder my comment here is not published. I commented here soon when you posted it. Maybe I did something wrong π
I wish you are well and life is good to you πππͺ·
I love the dappled light playing among the various colors of flowers and plants. What a sweet spot.
