Finn, the wonderful dog...

Debra Smith, acrylic on canvas 10"x16"

"Finn"

I know I promised to review some art books I'm reading, but we've been traveling, so I have ten million things to do today-the laundry being top of the list!

See you soon. And thank you for all the nice comments-it helps me to keep on painting!

Happy & Safe Travels!

Finn is a beautiful painting!
He has such a thoughtful pensive look about him, ready for a nap after pondering the day.

Lucky dog, Finn, to have such a wonderful painting of himself. I would like to know more about him. I hope you had enjoyable travels and a nice summer break. Of course you must keep on painting.

What a lovely painting. I really admire the skillful depiction of the lighting. The sunny yellow that recurs in the flower by the window and the large chair is a nice touch. Oh yes, the dog is lovely as well.
